On September 1, 2014, the Department initiated the ACC Medicare-Medicaid Program, a phased approach to enroll eligible Full Benefit Medicare-Medicaid enrollees into the ACC. 32,000 people statewide are anticipated to be enrolled over seven months starting in September 2014 and ending in March 20
New Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been established for Fiscal Year 2014-2015. Quarterly performance incentive payments are issued to Regional Care Collaborative Organizations (RCCOs) and Primary Care Medical Providers (PCMPs) based on regional success on these key quality measures.
Primary Care Medical Providers within the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC) are now eligible to receive an additional $0.50 Per Member Per Month (PMPM) payment for providing enhanced primary care services to their ACC members.
